Originally from an insurance background Des moved into the motor trade as a sales executive for a local dealership in 2003.
Within 6 months I had been offered to move to prestige dealers, Lincoln Audi as Business Manager where I spent 6 years orchestrating a successfull finance department.
This background has enabled me to offer the ideal support and experience that benefits both our motor dealers and joint mutual customers.
